In project management, I position myself as the central hub of information. I build workspaces for cross-functional teams to succeed by bringing visibility and accountability to the work. Bridging technical and non-technical teams, I coordinate workflows so technical teams stay technical, while building dashboards to keep leadership decision-ready.
